Is it possible to transfer data from our original data base into CheckIn?
Yes, provided the Database you wish to transfer data from, is a recognised system/format, for a small charge, we can usually arrange to transfer your existing data into the CheckIn database without any problems. We will, however, need full details of your present database in order confirm this. Back to Top

Yes, CheckIn is already in use by Kennels and Catteries, and is easily configured for this purpose. Rooms become Kennels, Pens, Cages (what ever you want to call them) they can be set as Large, Medium, Small, etc.,..Back to Top

CheckIn is in use by a number of Caravan parks and campsites and easily configured to display Hook ups, Pitches or Plots, etc.,...... instead of Rooms. Back to Top

For Bunkhouses beds are simply configured on an individual basis (Room 1- Bed 4), this automatically creates a separate invoice for each bed. Although they can be block booked, with one invoice in one name, itemised for each individual bed/guest. Back to Top
Can I book 3 rooms under one name and have only one bill?
Yes, block bookings are straight forward to set-up in one name. This will produce the total bill/invoice in one name, but with all rooms itemised separately listing all costs/charges by room. Back to Top
My Hotel has room rates that differ for each day of the week, can CheckIn Handle this?
Yes, CheckIn allows rooms to have a different price/tariff for each day of the week. You can even have a different rate for every day of the year. Back to Top
Can I produce/print daily occupancy lists?
Provided all names of occupants are correctly recorded at the time of checking in. By clicking on Guests on the top of the main screen and then clicking on Room Occupancy List in the drop box, a full printable list of occupants will be displayed. Back to Top
Can I alter the rooms rates to allow discounts?
Yes, there is provision in the 'Room Information' window for Discounts or Extra charges per night. Back to Top
How many guests can I have in the CheckIn database?
There is really no limit to the amount of guests you can store in the CheckIn database. It very much depends on the available Hard Disk space on your PC, although you would have to accumulate a vast amount of data before it was likely to become a problem. Back to Top
Will CheckIn log call charges from my Telephone system?
Recent developments and upgrades in CheckIn, now give us the ability to further programme CheckIn to enable it to link with Telephone systems Back to Top

CheckIn is able to provide a range of statistical data, generate reports and produce mailing list, etc. Back to Top
