The Ilkley Art Show 2009 Now Two Days! Friday 14th & Saturday 15th August The Winter Gardens, Ilkley, West Yorkshire. 10am – 4pm The Art Shop proudly presents its annual art extravaganza The Ilkley Art Show, held at the Kings Hall/Winter Gardens in the Yorkshire town of Ilkley set amidst the beauty of the world famous Ilkley Moor. A great day for all the Family where you can see works of art & many demonstrations by local & national artists. The Ilkley Art Show at The Kings Hall/Winter Gardens also presents the opportunity to buy & try materials, enrol in one of our art workshops, learn about local art clubs or just visit the café! |

WORKSHOP 1:
Bluebell Wood Watercolour
Tracey Krupianka Friday 14th August 10am – 12pm
Ideal for improvers. Over 2 hours Tracey will take you through the stages for painting a picture of bluebell wood. Some materials will be provided but students will be required to bring some of their own.
Cost £13.00 per person.
WORKSHOP 2:
Painting in Acrylics
Nigel Overton
Friday 14th August 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Nigel will show students the various techniques of painting in acrylics. Some materials will be provided but students will be required to bring some of their own. Cost £13.00 per person |
WORKSHOP 3:
Contemporary Acrylic
Annie Livesey
Saturday 15th August 10am – 12pm
Annie will show you how to break all the rules and produce exciting contemporary works in acrylic. Some materials will be provided but students will be required to bring some of their own. Cost £13.00 per person
WORKSHOP 4:
Watercolour Workshop
Gill Jackson Saturday 15th August 1.30pm – 3.30pm Gill uses a vibrant wet in wet style to create striking watercolours. Some materials will be provided but students will be required to bring some of their own.

VIEW WORKS BY OVER 40 ARTISTS FROM AROUND THE REGION Over 40 artists will be exhibiting & many will be in attendance during the day available to answer any questions about their work. |

Travelling along the A65 from Leeds you will enter the town & come to the traffic lights at a cross roads in the town centre. Here you filter left. At the top of the street turn left.
